HOW TO SPA
Reservations: Please note that if multiple services are requested, a credit card is required to secure the reservation. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to meet our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: For single services we very much appreciate 24hours notice of cancellation. For multiple services or groups we require a cancellation call 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge to your card. A complete "no show" will result in a 100% charge to your card. Please be courteous.
Appointments: Please arrive at least 15minutes before your scheduled spa appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you or we will reschedule your visit.
Professional Ethics: We have both male and female technicians on our staff. When scheduling an appointment, please tell the front desk if you have a preference. We want you to be comfortable.
Sanitation: We are firmly committed to cleanliness, safety and hygiene. We use only sterilized and sanitized equipment for all services and treatments.
Gratuity: Our spa gift packages and services do not include gratuities. A 15-20% gratuity is very much appreciated by your technician. Important, gratuities cannot be added to credit card or check transactions.
Merchandise Returns: Please select skin care, cosmetics and pierced earrings very carefully as they are not exchangeable or returnable. Other boutique items may be returned within a 7 day period but only SPA CREDIT will be issued.
Gift Certificates: Our gift certificates are beautifully packaged and ready for giving. They can be ordered via telephone, in person or on the web site. Please note that gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Currency: We accept cash, personal checks, American Express, Visa and Master card. We do not give cash back on check or credit card transactions.
Additional Courtesies: We ask guests to please turn off their cell phones while at the spa.
